Fantastic service from Lancashire Carpets. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable on every product and very welcoming. Tony came out to measure, lovely chatty guy. The 5 lads that came out to fit carpets tp 4 rooms and LVT to the kitchen, were amazing, they just got on with the job, on time when they said they would and done an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and help put all the furniture back no bother. The whole process from start to finish was 10/10. Thanks to everyone - office ladies, measurer upper and fitters. I had new carpet, underlay, fitting and removal of the old flooring. Excellent service from Lancashire Carpets from going into store to fitting. Tony and his staff gave us perfect service and the quality of products is outstanding. Recently used Lancashire carpets for the first time for our recently converted utility room. Would just like to commend all the staff from the in store team through to the lads who fit the vinyl.
